(Reason). Donald J. Trump's Iraq reversal shows what we already knew: he can't be trusted.
I personally think that Trump's real motivation of raising George W was to politically attack Jeb Bush. Not to mention the Stern interview criticism of GHW Bush for not getting the job done earlier on Saddam Hussein.

(FEE). We cannot treat the word "fascism" as an empty insult; fascism is the most successful ideology of the last century, and it is alive to this day.
 Fascism is national socialism.
Social security is fascist.
Federal Reserve is fascist.
FDA is fascist.
Minimum wage is fascist.
It started out being call 'progressivism' then 'liberalism'.

The Road to Serfdom is written for the socialists of all parties.
No. Fascism is a State-dominated economy. The State doesn't necessarily have to own or operate enterprises if it controls them. The State, of course, will provide for those it enslaves.
Why do 'libertarians' call fascist legitimate state functions, like protecting private property?
BECAUSE of the liberty and wealth of the US, in spite of nagging socialism dragging it down, there are millions of socialists secular and religious, who want to destroy the US.
Asserting they don't exist, as 'libertarians' do, and opening the borders, unlocking your houses to them, will quickly lead to destruction.

Why can't 'libertarians' admit to themselves force must be used to protect their liberty and property?"every libertarian considers defense of property rights a legitimate use of resources; whether that should be made a state responsibility is another matter. "
What is govt but an association individuals united to protect their property?
So 'libertarians' wont' do what it takes to protect their property from a socialist state like USSR or NAZI Germany or Imperial Japan?
Oh, the pretentious OP troll thinks his opinions are non-trivial. Where does one start? No, we citizens are not part of the government association. We pay for a government monopoly at the point of a gun. The NAP does not override self-defense, but it would not have accepted FDR's attempts to provoke American entry into WWII. The security market is anti-competitive. No, a libertarian society would respect migration as an essential aspect of liberty, would not attempt to prevent people from entering the market as a supplier or consumer, from engaging in voluntary work contracts, etc.
