(Peter Schiff). I have been advocating this from the beginning. Too bad it took a natural disaster to bring it about. Creditors who loan money to overly indebted governments deserve to lose money. This is the best way to impose fiscal discipline, as lenders worried about potential losses will make it harder for governments to take on too much debt.
How morally hazardous of you. How about paying down some of the $20T debt you're responsible for?
