(IPI). The village of Lincolnshire voted on Monday to become the first Illinois municipality to protect worker choice by enacting a local Right-to-Work ordinance.
The new law guarantees that no private sector worker in Lincolnshire can be forced to pay union dues or fees as a condition for keeping a job.
It is immoral and un-American to be required effectively to pay taxes to a third-party government-protected union monopoly to make a living. Congratulations to Lincolnshire for protecting real worker freedom to work for the employer of his choice vs. the parasitic union ruling class.

(Fox Business). "No tax money should be ever be spent subsidizing immigration and migrants coming in." Do you agree with Ron Paul?
Unfortunately, Ron Paul is grossly exaggerating the nature and extent of refugee aid, particularly in the context of the overall social welfare burden. Ron Paul fails to point out that this nation, until WWI, had liberalized immigration which was NOT financed by a large central government. The private sector provided temporary resettlement assistance. He is however correct (although he fails to say so explicitly) that we are responsible for the dysfunctional effects and collateral damage resulting from meddlesome interventionist foreign policy.

(Justin Amash). "The House Freedom Caucus is offering an amendment to the government funding bill that would strip the $1.1 trillion package of a contentious cybersecurity measure . . . .
"The amendment, offered by Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, would dramatically change the complexion of the omnibus, which Speaker Paul Ryan unveiled early Wednesday morning to criticism from conservative lawmakers. It's been filed to the House Rules Committee, which will determine if the measure gets a vote on the House floor.
"The House is set to vote on the government spending bill Friday.
"Conservative Republicans were upset that a series of cybersecurity provisions were slipped into the government funding bill and want to see them removed. That measure, dubbed the Cybersecurity Act of 2015, make it easier for companies to share information on threats with the government without the risk of lawsuits from customers. Libertarian lawmakers like Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan are adamantly opposed to the bill as they argue it has little to no privacy protections for Americans."
The so-called Freedom Caucus wants to further restrict already heavily regulated processes of refugee entry? Oxymoron and morally reprehensible. Their cybersecurity provision, on the other hand, is constitutionally consistent and necessary.
