Obama is Simply Unconstitutional
What's your favorite impeachable moment of The (Unconstitutional) One? Ilya Shapiro found it hard to narrow his list to 10 (ObamaCare alone could fill out a top 10 on its own: the deferment of the employer mandate and the extension of subsidies to federal exchanges in states opting out of the exchanges are just a couple of obvious ones). What about the illegal IRS targeting of the Tea Party? Like or it not, Obama decided to come up with his own Dream Act Executive Order when he couldn't push his legislation through Congress...
Florida's Drug Testing of Welfare Recipients Declared Unconstitutional: Thumbs UP!
Personally I don't drink or smoke anything and don't think much of the judgment of people whom lack self-restraint. That being said, I believe our war on drugs has been bad policy, resulting in an ungodly number of people imprisoned. On the other hand, although I dislike welfare programs as morally hazardous, it struck me as the drug testing was little more than a populist attack against welfare recipients. In fact, less than 1 recipient out of 20 in testing to date flagged as positive, lower than the general population. A federal judge ruled it a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
