Yes. Incarceration has been an ineffective deterrent, and the benefit of enforcing victimless crimes rarely justifies the cost. People have the freedom to do all sorts of stupid, self-destructive things.
(The Libertarian Republic). If the Supreme Court strikes down the #NSA's domestic spy programs as unconstitutional, should Edward #Snowden receive a pardon?
No. He violated his contract, and he stole more than domestic spy program data. I do believe the revelation of domestic spying was consistent with the people's need to know.

John Denver and Placido Domingo, "Perhaps Love". Probably my second favorite Denver tune (after "Annie's Song") which should have done better on the charts than it did. I have thought of doing as a male/female duet with parts within verses ("some say....").
