Imagine if your home kitchen had to be inspected by the city health department before you could invite dinner guests or donate to bake sale.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Suppose before you carpooled or picked up a friend at the airport, you had to register with DMV, or an overnight guest, a home inspection.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
What makes the transaction evil? Money? As if the bottle of wine your dinner guest brought over cost nothing or you offer to pay for the gas— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
And if your mother-in-law stays over, you're probably more worried about she thinks about the way you keep your home than a govt bureaucrat.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
A second poll (Monmouth) shows Trump's lead dwindling to single digits over Rubio in Florida. Trump seems to be slumping. Romney? The debate?— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Congratulations to Peyton Manning on his NFL retirement. As I tweeted after the Super Bowl win, Manning had nothing left to prove. Class act— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
A rare Idaho poll out, showing Trump at 30, 11 over Cruz. But about 30% undecided. Not good for Trump. Late deciders break against him.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Michigan is intriguing with bifurcated polls between Kasich battling with Cruz for second or Rubio for third. My guess: Trump by 5, l/m 30's— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
What I don't get is why Trump wants Rubio out.Strategically that's a blunder; he's got a large plurality and he benefits by divide & conquer— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
I think maybe 2 things: Marco Rubio represents the mythical establishment choice, and Rubio has gotten into Trump's head the last 2 debates.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
This is Soft Rock America. Marco Rubio wants to dedicate the chorus of the following song to Trump: https://t.co/E4aDcdS7VC— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Personally I don't mind brushing up on my high school Spanish, but there are a lot of "English only" Republicans who were not impressed.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Heaven knows the Donald whose whole campaign has been about petty, outrageous cheap shots at others deserves a taste of his medicine.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
But Donald's orange tan and his "tiny hands" (and you know what they say about guys with small hands: wink): what is this? 5th grade recess?— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016
Of course, it got under Trump's skin:the American people have a right to know their future President is well-hung.Too much time with Clinton— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 7, 2016

While Sanders tries to stoke tensions among poor people across races, just a reminder there is white poverty: https://t.co/yHsDLTvLa9— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016
It should be interesting sorting out tomorrow's primaries. The last MS poll has Trump by 24 over Cruz.Did the debate hurt;is Cruz beneficiary— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016
Kasich is in a near-tie with Trump in two Michigan polls. I'm skeptical; will the anti-Trump vote bifurcate or consolidate under Cruz?— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016
On paper, Trump should sweep tomorrow's contests. No polls from HI, but it's considered one of the 3 most liberal: advantage Trump or Kasich— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016
The ex-Governator came out for Kasich. The social conservatives hate him on "gay marriage" and fiscal conservatives don't like his record.— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016
Image of the DayI've criticized Lew Rockwell for his sympathetic treatment of Trump. But when Sanders cultists compare to Ron Paul: https://t.co/nsjAb91Imi— Ronald Guillemette (@raguillem) March 8, 2016

(Acton Institute). Why did it take so long for the U.S. to block imports “made with convict labor, forced labor, or indentured labor”?
It's sad to see a so-called free market blog looking for a way to rationalize anti-market policies. I don't have a problem with increased transparency in the marketplace and people taking vendor policies into account. I do think it's immoral for you or any government interfering with my economic choices.
