The Pope's Misguided, Counterproductive Leftist Political Views

(Reason). Will Republicans continue to reward the grotesque behavior coming out of the mouth of Donald Trump?
Draft dodger economically-illiterate Donald "Four Bankruptcies" Trump is the morally corrupt, know-nothing populist whore pied piper of gullible anti-intellectual nativists, xenophobes, and bigots. He's a thin-skinned hypocrite who can't stand being criticized by a genuinely heroic POW. McCain, being the son of a well-known admiral, was offered an opportunity by publicity-seeking North Vietnamese of an early release and refused special treatment; Donald Trump has never shown that kind of heroic idealism in his whole life; he has contributed to political whores from either party over the years, including the Clintons. You want a conspiracy theory? Here's one: his candidacy is a GOP "poison pill" sabotage campaign on behalf of his long-term friendship with and sponsorship of the Clintons. I don't see how anyone can be so ill-informed and retarded on almost every single political issue; his current poll rankings reflect the Latin proverb that shit floats to the top.

(Donald Trump). I am not a fan of John McCain because he has done so little for our Veterans and he should know better than anybody what the Veterans need, especially in regards to the VA. He is yet another all talk, no action politician who spends too much time on television and not enough time doing his job and helping the Vets. He is also allowing our military to decrease substantially in size and strength, something which should never be allowed to happen.
Furthermore, he was extremely disrespectful to the thousands upon thousands of people, many of whom happen to be his constituents, that came to listen to me speak about illegal immigration in Phoenix last week by calling them "crazies".
These were not "crazies"---these were great American citizens.
I have great respect for all those who serve in our military including those that weren't captured and are also heroes.
I want to strengthen our military and take care of our Veterans. I want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN especially for those that serve to protect our freedom. I am fighting for our Veterans!
You chickenhawk, self-important windbag: you got several rich-daddy draft deferments during the Vietnam era: you would have cracked your first day as a POW without your glass of Perrier. Stop embarrassing yourself, exit the race, and find a business you won't drive into bankruptcy; I'll be damned if I let you do to this country what Bush and Obama in four terms of bloated spending and reckless meddling. Admit that your candidacy is little more than an attempt to sabotage the campaign against your longtime friend Hillary Clinton: "“Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman,” [Trump] told Greta Van Susteren. “I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she’s given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her." I don't think this country can afford the judgment of someone who really likes Hillary and Bill a lot. "“I’m a businessman. I contribute to everybody,” Trump said. “When I needed Hillary, she was there. If I say ‘go to my wedding,’ they go to my wedding.” You love the corrupt political processs, don't you, Donald? Well, the heart and sole of America are not for sale.

(Tea Party). Rand Paul on Tennessee Terror: Restrict Immigration from Muslim Nations - http://bit.ly/1fcgdOd ‪#‎tcot
Rand Paul needs to be stay away from Trump-like anti-immigrant populism, which is already doing more to drive Latinos (yes, "legal" voting ones) to Hillary Clinton and/or the Dems. Take, for instance, persecuted Christians from Muslim nations. I do think that immigration should apply due diligence standards appropriate to the applicant''s security profile and homeland incidentals (e.g., outbreak of a contagious disease), but I would oppose any blanket restrictions, say, on family reunification, based on religion, which I believe to be unconstitutional discrimination. There are millions of nonviolent Muslim citizens in this country, and we need to ensure that our laws and policies are consistently applied.
There may be millions of non violent muslems . But how many did it take to bring the twin towers down . Its in the koran we are infidels and thats it . So time to wake up!.
This is absolute lunacy. An inconvenient fact: none of the 9/11 terrorists were immigrants; only 1 of the 19 was here on a student visa; the others were here on business or travel visas. The fact of the matter is that you are more likely to die from a slip in the tub than from terrorism; you are more likely to die from an auto accident than from any plane accident, including hijacked aircraft. Stop being influenced by irrational fear-mongers.

(National Review). There’s no mystery about why Democrats resist enforcing our immigration laws
The antt-immigrant, Big-INS loving fascists are morally repulsive, and their restrictionist/prohibition policy preferences are fundamentally economically illiterate, anti-liberty and un-American at their core. When Latinos see people like Trump running for higher office in the GOP, and the party and/or other candidates seem to be standing silently by instead of challenging such a grossly unfit candidate/rival and his ludicrous "crazy old uncle" self-promoting rants, who's to blame Latinos for rejecting a party that tolerates bigotry and ignorance? There used to be a time that the party distanced itself from unfit candidates (remember David Duke who was a GOP nominee for US Senate from Louisiana?)

One of the reasons that Romney lost in 2012 is because he paid lip service to anti-immigrant policies.; he not only lost the Latino vote but the Asian vote. This angry, politically radioactive tone is not lost on ethnic Americans and immigrants in general. I am a libertarian-conservative who will not vote for the GOP in 2016 unless it abandons this suicidal know-nothing nativist perspective. This does not mean I would vote for the leftist fascist party, but maybe seeing those repulsive anti-immigrants buried in a landslide to the likes of an unworthy Hillary Clinton is the swift kick to the GOP's ass it desperately needs.
