Note that Youtube asserts the Russian media RT, presumably the organization behind the clip, is subsidized by the Russian government. However, the content here involves statements by Wikileaks' attorneys. The British are now sanctioning Assange for skipping bail, and of course the ultimate question is whether Britain will extradite Assange for Trump Administration persecution of Assange, a violation of the First Amendment. Note that Manning is currently serving time for refusing to testify with a related current grand jury; Manning earlier had her original prison sentence commuted by Obama.
