Fascist OP, He's probably some corrupt beneficiary of the prison industrial complex. No reasonable person believes that in the "land of the free" we should have one of the highest incarceration rates IN THE WORLD, never mind the highest among developed economies. It's obvious to anyone with a functioning brain there's something wrong with a system that generates disproportionate outcomes. There's no need whatsoever to jail people with nonviolent, particularly victimless crimes. And anyone who thinks that people are not unjustly charged or convicted of a crime is in a state of denial.
