Three progressives venture into a bar to create a prohibition against not-elitist-approved alcohol. They create a black market which lacks transparency and accountability. People die trying to work around the legal prohibition. The elitists blame the victims.

Because nothing builds a business like killing your customers. Of course, the progressives believe that the bureaucrat was there to test your alcohol before you drank it. If there was a market for filtering alcohol, the market will develop it and not have to rely on the corrupt legal monopoly to test your brew.
