At all levels of government (States and Federal) we need Constitutional Amendment that reads: "All Defined Benefit Plans shall be fully funded on sound actuarial data at all times. They many not be borrowed, loaned, leveraged, liened, pledged or any other use of these funds than for their beneficiaries."
Hell no, parasite! We need a constitutional amendment to keep crony unionists from making corrupt, unsustainable promises with political whores at the expense of future taxpayers.
