Musk hasn't a clue that "above the law" Trump has been pushing his luck for decades. In 2016, he bragged about buying his competition. What sank Trump wasn't an allegedly partisan court or DA, but Musk lacks common sense. Trump tried to pass off hush money as a business expemse.

I'm sure if Nixon were still alive, he would say the American people have the right to know their President isn't a convicted felon. https://t.co/q1ACcMZYQv

Lou Dobbs isn't intelligent enough to know this isn't a nation but a federal republic.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 2, 2024
I've had my fill of Trumpkins and GOP elected officials playing Trump's victim card. Trump broke the law, and the prosecutors proved it, pure and simple. It's like the little boy and the rattlesnake. Trump the Snake said, "You knew what I was when you voted for me."
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 2, 2024
Biden continues to abuse executive power, no better than Trump. His unlawful action on the Southern border (vs. Congressional action on immigration) reeks of political desperation and opportunism. Trump's influence on Congressional Republicans was also counterproductive.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 4, 2024
How does Biden explain how the Justice Department waived federal charges of Trump over falsified business records?
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
I'm a Never Trumper, but it's rich hearing Biden attacking Trump as a connvicted felon. Misstated financial records are normally misdemeanors, not felonies, and that legal theory behind the felonies may well be reversed on appeal. I would not remind people about a partisan DA.

I don't agree with MTG on almost anything. But I do think NATO is an anachronism and not in the legitimate self-defense interests of the US. https://t.co/VOWmDWb4FQ

It is not a function of employers to calculate "living wages". They operate in a competitive economy of goods and services and resources (including labor). Most workers make well above the minimum wage. Employers have to compete with others for relatively scarce resources
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
Cuban is an economically illiterate leftist. No, it is not a legitimate function of the federal government to promote socialist welfare redistributiom schemes. It is not legitimate for governments to rig wage controls. Notice he presumes minimum wages are earned by breadwinners https://t.co/JOs3MZSgyD
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
This is not a zero-sum game. Both Bien and Trump have been failed Presidents. Unlike Trump, though, Biden has all the charisma of a piece of toast. The myth that only Biden can beat Trump is absurd. Trump couldn't beat Clinton in the popular vote.

"Biden shows signs of slipping" https://t.co/e9wLv75Aob
I don't agree with Sen. Cotton on much of anything, but this leftist is a mediocre, incompetent analyst. but Ms. Harris has a sub-40% approval rating. Assuming the other 60% are misogynist racist is pathetic She was horrible as California AG (marijuana).https://t.co/xfs8dBtgm4 https://t.co/OASfNBYciQ

Stupid. Newspapers have been dying off for years now. I wanted to get a PhD in philosophy, but basically, I would have to wait for a philosophy professor to retire or die.

Trump falsified business records.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
Trump stole classified documents.
Trump violated GA election laws.
Trump encouraged his mob to obstruct ratification of electoral college results in Congress.
These are crimes There is no leftist "conspiracy". Others are prosecuted for them. https://t.co/KHzT7eekYw
The basic point is we don't need the feds commandeering the states' Tenth Amendment responsibility to regulate health care
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
The Right to Contraception Act is a deliberately unconstitutional act and blatantly purely political grandstanding. Personally, I don't have an issue with the open contraception market but the word "contraception" is not enumerated in Congressional powers.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
F*ck scientifically illiterate anti-vaxxers! Millions of people owe their lives and health due to highly effective mRNA vaccines. We haven't seen human contagion yet for bird flu, but thank God companies are looking to be proactive over the possibility.

"DO NOT COMPLY"
I'm not a Dem, but I left the GOP over their nomination of an incompetent, unqualified, unprincipled narcissist, a RINO who supported Obama, who boasted of buying political influence. As a businessman, he tried to get an old woman's home condemned for his casino's limo parking.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
OMG! I don't want to give the Dems any ideas about also micromanaging my love life. The government overreached its core competencies decades ago https://t.co/cnlBbkbAYj
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 5, 2024
Leftists' "protecting a woman's right to contraception" is unconstitutional rubbish. The Congress or any other federal branch of government has no constitutional power to trump state health policy. This is a pushing on a string virtue-signaling partisan gimmick. https://t.co/1i4UIbA2ff
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 6, 2024
Leftist talking points are laughably incompetent. "No president has done more for Israel than I have: Trump". Trump brags about being the first POTUS to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital. Trump is trolling Schumer. a NY Jew.https://t.co/emWNt8AFT7 https://t.co/NAOLiuuCDA

Any attempt by Trump to misuse the Justice Department for personal reasons would be intrinsically corrupt, violate the rule of law and would be grounds for a third impeachment.

There is ZERO context in the US Constitution about the federal government, for or against, enforcing alleged pro-abort "rights".
OP ignorant troll doesn't understand the difference between a limit and a "ban". The baby's cardiac tissue starts to pulse @ 5/6 wks

Note while Biden has corruptly spent billions in corrupt crony capital industrial policy "investments" of taxpayer money to build a nominal number of charging stations, subsidies, etc., the Chinese company BYD has introduced 1300-mile range PHEVs <$14Khttps://t.co/uwwpdqsExP.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Dr. Pepper displace Pepsi as #2 US soft drink brand. Diet Dr.Pepper is usually my choice when I eat out or fly where available. My personal #1 since my first trip to Brazil is Antartica Guarana.

There is a Twitter/X kerfuffle over what title this plus-sized young woman actually won. As another obese American, I admire this woman's confidence, knowing others would respond unkindly to her selection. I don't know if judges were motivated by PC ideology,

The idea that Trump is not vengeful. Remember Jeff Sessions? He was the first high-profile Republican to endorse Trump. Trump never forgave him for recusing himself over Russiagate, and Trump went out of his way to primary Sessions from regaining his old Senate seat.

Apparently Pepsi drinkers are nasty trolls. I wrote a tweet about Dr. Pepper displacing Pepsi at #2. I think 5 of 10 impressions resulted in replies, which Twitter refused to show me as flagged offensive. Dude, if you're hiding behind Mommy Twitter's skirt over a soft drink tweet

Nope. You can oppose both Trump and Biden, as I do. Third parties like the LP rarely win, but it's a legitimate political response to the uniparty and its failed Presidents.

Paul Ryan Chris Christie George Conway https://t.co/1gHdGiUlbX
Well, both Trump and the Bidenkin are misrepresenting the truth. It is true that Trump in May 2020 did announce a similar initiative but it only applied to federally funded heath centers affecting few seniors, anit it never went into effect. https://t.co/zvPPCDX1S4 https://t.co/IjucJYvODD
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 8, 2024
Both Trump and the Dems are wrong. It's complicated, in part because there are new challengers to the big 3 in the private sector and various discounts or rebates from list prices. The real solution is deregulating the market, lowering barriers to entry. https://t.co/rBulqIqirV https://t.co/oglqyfmVbm

How any self-respecting vet can vote for a man who stole classified documents (which vets woud get busted for), revealed national secrets to Russians in 2017 and to country club associates simply to impress them at the expense of national security, is beyond me.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 9, 2024
I don't like politicians exploiting the memory of valiant young Americans giving all they had in the service of their country. "Heel Spur" Trump was pathetic in dissing the memories of slain American heroes, in trying to rationalize why he didn't want to get wet in the rain. https://t.co/T1kLfVSoyc
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 9, 2024
Only a corrupt economically illiterate political whore like Trump would see tariffs (i.e., taxing other Americans) as a "solution" to the migrant problem. The problem for Trump is that Biden is just as anti-trade as Trump is. https://t.co/ixAlJcrZBg

No, because the Idiot Trump failed Econ 101, like the rest of you Trumpkins.
— raguillemette (@raguillemette) June 9, 2024
