Regulation Without Representation and Transparency

Remember when The (Hypocritical) One promised the most transparent administration ever--and look at the lack of transparency behind ObamaCare and ObamaNet...

(Reason). Stockton, California has become a key test case on whether cities can reduce their unaffordable public pensions when they head into bankruptcy court.
Public officials, by cutting essential services to pay off politically powerful unions/retirees, have become the new slumlords.

(Drudge Report). PAPER: OBAMA THREATENED TO SHOOT DOWN ISRAELI JETS
There is no US treaty with Iran; taking down Israeli aircraft would be an act of war and, in my view, an impeachable offense

(Rand Paul 2016). CPAC's Foreign Policy Split: Old Hawks and Young Doves
I'm a "don't mess with me" dove; I'm simply not going to going to get involved in matters not directly involving America's security: no more spending trillions we don't have and thousands of lives we can't afford to lose.

(IPI). Government unions argue that since they are required to represent all workers, they are entitled to receive a cut of every workers’ paycheck.
But is state law really to blame for the requirement that unions represent everyone? Not exactly.
This is so blatantly corrupt. The fact is that workers are represented, wih or without their consent. The union enjoys the exclusive bargaining position as a government privilege. Non-member workers have no voice in what the union negotiates but they are charged for whatever a plurality of workers decide. In the case of public unions, this is even worse because unlike private-sector unions, they deal with a government monopoly.
Nothings free in life if you're in McDonalds in front of me and you get a burger I can't get one for free just because you got one so you shouldn't get free legal representation by unions when you don't pay for it
Unions enjoy legal monopoly privileges, and they pay corrupt Dems to play. The idea that a worker must be forced to pay a third party for his right to work is unconscionable.
